Larocque was also responsible for supporting the sector in achieving its “30 by 30 Climate Change Challenge”. Prior to joining the CFA, Bob was the Senior Vice-President at the Forestry Products Association of Canada where he supported the sector on policy and technical issues relating to climate change, innovation, Indigenous engagement and environmental regulations. Bob also strongly believes that the Association can offer access to information and analysis in order to help drive informed policy decisions. Focusing on maintaining an open dialogue between industry and government, its stakeholders and the public are priorities. Bob is proud to represent Canada’s innovative fuels sector and the critical role the sector plays to provide reliable, safe and environmentally responsible transportation energy to all Canadians.īob leads the Association in driving policies that improve environmental performance, protect industry competitiveness and strengthen Canada’s critical energy infrastructure.
